When a message is delivered, ask the receiver to acknowledge and reformulate a summary. Store and share this summary acknowledgement through the company repositories.

Transform the direction in a measure allowing self-evaluation. Infuse company objectives into department directives and key indicators. Allow departments to participate in the realization of  common goals. Cancel objectives for which the implementation is detrimental to other department.
